Why Have a Coach?
Living the life we want may at times seem a real struggle. We sometimes get that nagging feeling that something is wrong, but aren’t sure what it is, or how to solve it. The pressure to meet everyday commitments can prevent us from allowing ourselves either permission, time or space to realise what would make us more complete. Life feels like hard work when it’s not in line with what we want to do.
- Do you make promises to yourself saying that you will make more time for your partner/ children/ parents, and never do?
- Do you get up for work on Monday mornings ready to face the week with enthusiasm and energy for your work?
- Do you ever ask yourself ‘Is this all there is? Is this what my life is about?’
If the answer to these questions is not what you would like it to be then coaching could be for you.
‘It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare; it is because we do not dare that things are difficult.’ Seneca
Through coaching you are able to:
Create time to think about what is really important, and how you are going to achieve it.
